Individual Depth Psychotherapy
An Invitation to Transformation
In our work together, we create a living space where all parts of you are welcome — the parts that have carried pain, the ones that built walls to protect you, the ones that still carry hope, and the ones that have been waiting in silence for an invitation to emerge.
Rather than working to "fix" or control your experience, we approach it with reverence — listening for the intelligence within your struggles, the wisdom carried even by your defenses. Every emotion, every tension in the body, every whispered longing holds a thread to follow.
This is not just a conversation about change. It is an opportunity to experience yourself differently: to feel what has been frozen, to soften what has been hardened, to touch the places in you that have not yet been met.
As we move at the pace of trust, patterns that once felt immovable can begin to shift. New possibilities for connection — with yourself, with others, with life itself — start to unfold.
The work is not only about relief from pain, though that may come.
It is about becoming more deeply rooted in who you are.
It is about remembering the wholeness that was never truly lost, only waiting to be reclaimed. This is the invitation:
To be witnessed.
To come home to yourself.
To live from the deeper current within you. -
Couples Therapy
Cultivating Connection and Repair
Relationships can be powerful arenas for healing — and sometimes, for hurt. In couples work, I help partners slow down enough to truly hear and see each other, and to understand the patterns that keep them stuck.
Together, we focus on:
Building emotional safety and trust
Understanding underlying needs and attachment styles
Repairing ruptures and rebuilding connection
Navigating conflict in ways that deepen intimacy rather than erode it
Rather than only talking about your relationship, couples work with me invites you to experience each other differently — with more openness, vulnerability, and embodied connection.
This lived experience of connection becomes the soil where intimacy, trust, and mutual growth can take root or grow.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Expanding the Healing Space
For some, traditional talk therapy alone may not reach the depths of what needs tending. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a powerful adjunct to deepen therapeutic work, soften rigid patterns, and access new perspectives.
I provide KAP to appropriate clients as part of an integrated therapeutic process. In KAP sessions, ketamine is used in a supportive, structured setting alongside psychotherapy, helping catalyze insight, emotional release, and lasting change.
KAP may be especially supportive for:
Depression
Anxiety
Trauma and PTSD
Existential exploration and life transitions
Creative and spiritual growth
If you're curious about whether KAP could be a good fit for your journey, we can explore this together in consultation.

Family and Children’s Therapy
An Invitation to Heal Together
In families, the deepest bonds often carry both love and pain. In our work together, we create a living space where every voice is welcome — the ones that hurt, the ones that long for connection, and the ones waiting quietly to be heard.
Whether you're rebuilding trust as a couple, raising children, or navigating transition or loss, this work is an invitation:
To slow down. To listen beyond words. To heal from the inside out.
Rather than fixing or controlling, we listen for the wisdom beneath the struggles — the buried needs, the old defenses, the quiet hopes still alive beneath conflict.
This isn't about getting it "perfect."
It's about creating a space where every part of the family — joyous, wounded, or silent — can find its place again. The work is slow. It is sacred. It moves at the pace of trust. Because real connection isn't manufactured.
It grows — in the soil of truth, tenderness, and time.
